多年来干燥炉一直采用闷罐式结构和电加热方式,温度控制采用指针式温度控制仪表来实现炉温的恒定,其参数设定由人工输入,时间控制则完全凭操作者的经验、情绪来掌握,其控制功能单一,没有时间控制、绝缘自动监测功能,也没有干燥过程监视功能,更没有多要素记忆、打印存档功能,工人的劳动强度较大,所以就经常出现两种异常结果:一是工件的绝缘性能和强度得不到可靠保证,需要反复干燥;另一种是为保证干燥质量,往往要延长干燥时间。
